PROTOCOL FOR COMMISSIONERS & OTHER COUNTY OFFICIALS & STAFF
PRIOR TO WORK SESSIONS & COMMISSION MEETINGS:
1) Temperatures will be taken at the door.
2) Anyone entering must answer the following questions:
a) Have you traveled outside the region in the last 14 days?
b) Have you been around someone who has been tested for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
c) Have you been tested for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
3) You will need to disinfect your hands upon entering the Commission Room.
4) Masks must be worn at all times.
5) As before, the additional tables will remain at the middle of the room for those wanting to further social distance.
Persons may not be allowed to enter based on their current health condition
and/or potential exposure to the virus.
PROTOCOL FOR PUBLIC COMMENT:
Members of the public wishing to address the Commission will be allowed to enter the Commission Room one at a time under the following guidelines:
A Public Comment Sign-up sheet will be located outside the Commission Room.
The individual will need to provide address, phone number and designate either general comment or rezoning issue.
Individuals are asked to remain in their vehicle or social distance within the common areas of the courthouse until called to address the Commission.
Prior to entering the Commission Room, the individual must go through the same protocol as outlined above for Commissioners.
