Sullivan County Assessor of Property

Our field appraisers have been conducting reviews of all properties over the past several months as we are preparing for Reappraisal 2025. You will receive your revaluation notice in the Spring as we complete the review. There will be information on the notice to contact us if you have questions about your property record. You may call and speak to the field appraiser before coming to the office.

There will also be time to appeal your value to the County Board of Equalization if needed.

Please know that the staff has been continuously working to keep current with the changing real estate market and to ensure that values are equal across the county.
